Today IPL 20-20 Results and Matches

Result: Kings XI Punjab won by 3 wkts

Deccan Chargers(168/5 in 20 ovs)

Andrew Symonds comes back for Deccan charges and he score 60 runs in just 36 balls he hits 4 huge sixes and 2 fours.

Mahela: The hammy isn't that great, I have never done an injury to it before, looking forward to the scan reports. I wanted to get the runs from the other guys, I needed to stay there till the end. When we needed big hits, I went for them. We needed to plan our innings well, we did that. We always felt that 45 in the last 5 overs is a big ask but very gettable. Irfan got valuable boundaries for us and Brett batted well to finish it off for us.

Yuvraj: It's tough being a captain in such circumstances. We needed a partnership, Irfan and Mahela did well, Brett finished it off nicely for us. There were a lot of runs on the board but we batted outstandingly well. The bowling was good today, Brett has come back to boost it. Mahela has done well for us in every tight situation.

Gilchrist: Exciting game and there've only been a few of them in the tournament. It was a funny wicket, sometimes the ball came on nicely and sometimes it didn't. The score that we got was decent enough, I think Mahela batted pretty well. The tournament is wide open, one has to close out such close games and ending up as the winning side would help.
